The plates bending with quality carried on the CNC plate bending presses.
We bend materials up to the thickness 15 mm.

We provide the single-piece and the serial bending of parts on the electric press TruBend 7036 and on the hydraulic press AD-S 30220.  
We just have bought highly precise and efficient hydraulic plate bending press TruBend 5085.
With respect to the wide outfit of tooling for our CNC plate bending presses, we bend the specified pieces as well.

Due to the steady load transmission, the rammer crossing at volume +/- 10 mm and the CNC technology, the cambering can be carried out without limitation. The sheet folding is possible without tool exchange and the machine re-setting.

Hydraulic sheet-bending press
AD-S 30220

The sheet-bending press AD-S is solely appointed for bending and sheet press-bending.

• The table to provide the cambering compensation type Wila CNC controlled.
• Optic-electronic barrier of the working space
• Movable console with controlling panel
• Ground and quenched tooling Rolleri along the whole working length. The lower matrix is a multi- slotted one.
• The two frontal slide supports with T-slot and the front stop.
